The Ol’ Hitchin Post Ranch is a beautifully restored 3,000 square foot rural wedding and event venue located in the lovely countryside of Buckley, Washington.
This setting is perfect for large outdoor events, rustic-themed weddings, and those with a longing for the countryside.
The ranch is open for booking year-round, and we are always happy to schedule a free site visit!

We provide the staples
As a full service event venue, we have the equipment you need to furnish a beautiful event! Our list of furnishings include tables, chairs, beautiful wood benches, wine barrels, a large bar area, stock tanks for drinks, a newly built wood arbor, a fridge, chest freezer and commercial food warmer and so much more!
Everything on our list is included in the cost, eliminating the need for an additional rental company and honestly making your life a little bit easier!

two day option
Enjoy 4 hours of venue access on Friday to rehearse, set up, and enjoy dinner with your crew prior to the wedding. This is followed by 12 hours of venue access on Saturday for your big day! As many of our past couples can attest, having two days instead of just one really is the secret ingredient to a successful and stress free wedding.
As always, all amenities on the ranch are at your disposal during your rental, for no additional costs. This includes tables, chairs, linens, wine barrels, etc.

Indoor / Outdoor Venue
The Ol' Hitchin Post Ranch is beautiful restored 3,000 sqft barn, surrounded by beautiful woods, horse pastures and a large pond. Our venue can accommodate up to 200 guests, with ample gravel parking.
This venue has the capability to be fully indoors, outdoors or a combination of the two.
Bridal Suite / Groom's Cabin
The OHP Ranch comes with access to our fully renovated Bridal Suite located in the loft above the barn. This space was built for all things beauty with gorgeous lighting, large mirrors and multiple power outlets.
The Groom's Cabin is located across the pasture in the trees, facing the away from the Bridal Suite for convenience!
Luxury Bathrooms
The Ol' Hitchin Post Ranch is equipped with two luxury restrooms that have air conditioning. These newly renovated restrooms fit the rustic venue theme, located just outside of the barn.
These are normal restrooms (not portable) giving your event a rustic but luxury feel!
Rehearsal + Setup Time
One of the things that sets Ol' Hitchin Post Ranch apart from other venues - we include a 4hr rehearsal / setup time the day before your event!
This allows brides to get the entire vision while reducing stress on the day of the event. Event days get access to the venue for 12 hours as well (10am - 10pm)
BUILT IN BAR AREA
A beautifully restored bar area with a granite countertop provides the perfect place to serve all types of drinks!
RUSTIC ADDITIONS
Our venue comes with a variety of rustic additions from a beautifully constructed arch, to large wine barrels, spool rounds, benches and more.
ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
The ranch has the space for truly any set up your heart desires. Events can be setup completely inside, outside or a combination of both.
